At CraftsOfHaryana.org, we believe that the true essence of a land lies not just in its geography but in its gehri virasat - its deep-rooted heritage, skilled artisans, soulful traditions, and the stories of its people. Crafts of Haryana aims to simply be a platform to present the stories of Haryana in front of the world. This platform is our heartfelt initiative to bring the lesser-known, often-forgotten gems of Haryana into the spotlight: from handwoven phulkari dupattas to the vibrant pottery of Jhajjar, from soulful folk music to the wisdom of our village elders.

Why We Exist

Haryana has long been a land of strength and resilience — of farmers, wrestlers, poets, and artists.  But somewhere along the way, its cultural richness got buried beneath stereotypes. We’re here to change that.
